This area is famous for the 4 archeological sites Puka Pukara, Tambomachay, Qenqo and Saqsayhuaman. From this area as well you can see the majestic Ausangate snow mountain looking toward the south. We'll be stopping at 4 ruins with the opportunity to enter and explore.
This trip is 1 person per horse. Some horse handling is required and instructions are given prior to riding.

These ruins are very popular by bus and lesser-known by horseback.
Sacsayhuaman Archaeological Zone
We will pick you up at your hotel in Cusco in private transportation which will take us to the ranch near Qenqo where we'll get set up with our horses. There we'll meet the horseman who will lead us to the fascinating open area of Sacsayhuaman with its beautiful views of canyons, valleys and grassy areas. We'll visit the archeological sites of Q'enqo, Sacsayhumana, Puka Pukara and Tambomachay (your BTG or Partial Entrnce Ticket is required). This area offers the chance to enjoy nature in a peaceful area where you can see eucalyptus plantations and native plants such as queuña, muña and others. Private transportation will take us back to Cusco.
